Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card through the IvyPay platform.
Cancellations
Given the regularity of psychotherapy sessions, 2 weeks notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations will be charged the full fee, except for medical or family emergencies. I will also offer the opportunity to reschedule when possible. If repeated absences are anticipated, this will need to be discussed in advance.
Medication Refills
To avoid running out of medications, please check your supply regularly and bring refill requests to your appointments.
Communication between Sessions
I may be reached by phone or text between appointments, and I do my best to respond to messages within 24 hours. Phone calls and texts should not be be used for urgent concerns or questions of safety. For emergencies or when safety is an urgent concern, please call 911 or Sutter Center for Psychiatry at (916) 386–3000.
