Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card through the IvyPay platform.
Cancellations
Regular attendance is an important part of the therapeutic work. I ask for two weeks notice for cancellations, and offer the same in return. When possible, I will also offer the opportunity to reschedule. Cancellations without adequate notice will be charged the full fee, except in the case of medical or family emergencies.
Communication between Sessions
I may be reached by phone or text for scheduling, cancellations, or time-sensitive matters that cannot wait until our next appointment. I do my best to respond to current patients within 24 hours, and to prospective patients within a few days. For emergencies or when safety is a concern, please call 911 or Sutter Center for Psychiatry at (916) 386–3000.
