Services & Rates:
Psychotherapy Sessions +/- medication management (50 minutes):
The primary focus of my work with patients is psychoanalytic and depth psychotherapy. If indicated, I may also prescribe medications. I do not offer appointments for medication management alone.
Insurance and Fees:
I am committed to providing accessible and affordable care. As such, I accept Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross insurance (including UC Davis SHIP).
For those paying out of pocket, I offer a sliding scale of $200-250. If financial circumstances change significantly during the course of treatment, I am willing to discuss further adjustments to the fee. A good faith estimate will be provided upon request.
PPO plans with other insurances may also provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Upon request, I will provide a monthly statement (Superbill) with the necessary information to submit for reimbursement. In some cases, it is also possible to negotiate a single case agreement with your insurer.
