Psychotherapy Sessions (50 minutes):
Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes. Medication management is incorporated when clinically indicated.
Insurance and Fees:
I accept Anthem Blue Cross (including UC Davis SHIP) and Medicare.
For those paying out of pocket, I offer a sliding scale of $200-250. I am open to discussing fees if your financial circumstances change. A good faith estimate will be provided upon request.
PPO plans with other insurances may also provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Upon request, I will provide a monthly statement (Superbill) with the necessary information to submit for reimbursement. In some cases, it is also possible to negotiate a single case agreement with your insurer.
